About the Role:
We are looking for a Website Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. You will own the development and maintenance of all Vercel's logged-out web properties—including vercel.com, nextjs.org, and turborepo.org. By working closely with Demand Generation, DevRel, Product Marketing, Design & Engineering you will influence the way customer's first interact with Vercel. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a passion for developers that has excellent project management skills & loves cross-functional collaboration. You will report to Director of Growth.
This is a hybrid position which preferences candidate location to be aligned with the San Francisco or New York City.
What You Will Do:
Own the backlog and manage all of Vercel's web properties to ensure brand consistency, content accuracy, and a frictionless conversion process to pipeline and sign up goals; manage priorities across all stakeholder gorups
Own the backlog for all of our web properties
Own the web experience for our two flagship events: Next.js Conf and Vercel Ship
Partner with Engineering & Design for all design and development of our sites and related tools
Partner with Growth Marketing on website experiments
Partner with GTM Analytics to monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for Vercel web properties, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
Partner with paid acquisition to grow traffic (both organic and paid) via paid search and SEO optimization
Manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies, vendors, and partners as needed
4+ years experience managing website experience for a large company
Deep understanding of marketing funnels and user journeys; you care about conversions and UX
Excellent project management skills; you pride yourself on keeping the trains running when collaborating cross-functionally
Understands basic web development principles and can work with Engineering teams
Excellent writer and communicator, can succinctly explain concepts in plain language
Comfort using data analysis tools such as Heap & Preset
Understanding of SEO basics and why they matter

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $138,000.00 - $193,000.00. This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job related skills, experience and location. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation.
