About the Role:

Vercel is looking for a Post-Sales Enablement Lead, a crucial role responsible for empowering and equipping our customer success organization to make customers for life. This individual contributor role will be centered on developing and managing a comprehensive learning curriculum that spans onboarding, product adoption, customer success methodologies, and account expansion strategies. The ideal candidate will be adept at fostering strong relationships, creating and delivering impactful enablement content, and driving post-sales excellence to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.

What You Will Do:

  • Curriculum Development and Management: Design and manage a comprehensive onboarding and continuous learning curriculum for post-sales teams, focusing on product adoption, customer success methodologies, and account growth strategies.

  • Content Creation: Independently develop engaging and impactful training content, including presentations, workshops, and digital resources, tailored to the needs of post-sales teams.

  • Training Delivery: Facilitate dynamic and interactive training sessions that are both informative and practical, ensuring participants can apply concepts directly to customer interactions.

  • Process Optimization: Work closely with customer success and operational leadership to refine and implement customer success strategies and practices that enhance customer health and drive expansion.

  • GTM Strategy Alignment: Ensure that all enablement activities are aligned with Vercel's GTM strategies, contributing to a coherent and unified approach to account growth.

  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships across sales, product, and marketing teams to foster a collaborative environment and ensure alignment of enablement efforts with organizational goals.

About You:

  • Customer-Centric: Passionate about customer success, with a proven track record of contributing to customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion efforts in a tech or SaaS environment.

  • Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally, facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing.

  • Content Development: Skilled in developing and delivering compelling enablement content, with a flair for presenting complex concepts in an accessible manner.

  • Learner and Innovator: Curious and eager to learn about Vercel’s products and processes, with a constant eye on improving and innovating the post-sales enablement landscape.

  • Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with the ability to pivot quickly as strategies and priorities evolve.

Bonus If You:

  • Have experience in developing tools and methodologies for post-sales enablement.

  • Are familiar with JavaScript, Vercel, or similar technologies, though not required.

  • Possess a background in a sales, customer success, or customer-facing role within a dev tools company.

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $138,000.00 - $193,000.00.  This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job related skills, experience and location. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be  adjusted based on employee location.  The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation.
