About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Online Technical Event Producer to join our Corporate Events team. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end production of Vercel’s largest virtual and hybrid events, ensuring seamless execution, high production value, and exceptional online attendee experiences. You will play a key role in driving engagement for our quarterly online product keynotes and marquee events by leveraging cutting-edge event technologies, live streaming platforms, and interactive digital experiences. You will report to the Director of Events and must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the technical production of Vercel’s virtual and hybrid events, ensuring seamless integration of live streaming, interactive content, and audience engagement tools.

  • Develop and implement an event technology strategy aligned with Vercel’s brand, products, and business objectives.

  • Manage all aspects of event production, including platform selection, budgeting, scheduling, vendor coordination, speaker logistics, video editing, and real-time troubleshooting.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Content, Demand Gen, Sales, Product Marketing, Design, and Brand) to ensure events deliver strategic value and align with company goals.

  • Oversee technical rehearsals, speaker coaching, and content delivery, ensuring presentations, panels, and live demos run smoothly across different platforms.

  • Liaise with senior leadership to align on event goals, provide regular updates, and deliver post-event insights and recommendations.

  • Analyze key event performance metrics and produce detailed post-event reports with insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations in virtual and hybrid event production to keep Vercel’s events at the forefront of the digital event space.

About You:

  • A seasoned event producer with 8+ years of experience in virtual and hybrid event production.

  • Highly proficient in live streaming platforms (e.g., Restream, Vimeo, YouTube Live), virtual event platforms (e.g., Hopin, ON24, Zoom Webinars), and AV production workflows.

  • Strong video editing experience.

  • Skilled at troubleshooting technical issues in high-pressure live event environments.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

  • Passionate about delivering innovative, engaging, and technically flawless online event experiences.

  • Comfortable working with executive stakeholders and high-profile speakers.

  • A problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $150,000-$190,000.  This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job related skills, experience and location. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be  adjusted based on employee location.  The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation.
