About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Growth Manager to take ownership of the critical user acquisition phase in our product-led growth journey—supporting all of our products (Vercel, v0, Next.js, Turborepo, and AI.SDK). In this role, you will drive initiatives that grows site traffic, improve site conversion rates, and own our Templates Marketplace.

As a key leader within Vercel’s growth team, you will collaborate across teams to design and execute a world-class acquisition strategy. You’ll work closely with designers, engineers, marketers, and analysts to grow traffic and optimize our site experiences.

You are proficient in getting your hands into data, understanding customer journeys, user behavior, and also translating this into actionable recommendations.

What you will do:

  • Define and implement the vision and roadmap for customer acquisition, focusing on growing site traffic, optimizing conversion rates, and building out Vercel’s template marketplace.

  • Drive experiments through their entire cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration

  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative research to identify opportunities within the acquisition funnel.

  • Track and optimize key acquisition metrics and continuously iterate on the user experience to boost signups and leads generated

  • Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to execute strategies that enhance acquisitions flows, foster engagement, and drive key outcomes such as activated signups

  • Communicate and document plans effectively and consistently, to organize work for execution - both feature releases and experiments.

  • Regularly presenting growth performance and insights to senior management, informing strategic decisions.

About you:

  • 7+ years of experience in growth, product management or lifecycle marketing.

  • Ability to independently analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and make actionable product decisions.

  • Proven history of driving user signups, delivering optimized acquisition funnels, and achieving top of funel goals in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to drive cohesive expansion strategies

  • Ability to think strategically, learn fast, and communicate with impact

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $164,000.00 - $246,000.00.  This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job related skills, experience and location. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be  adjusted based on employee location.  The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation.
