TeamKFC - Enterprise Employee Portal and Extranet
KFC is famous worldwide for their original blend of 11 herbs and spices - but their main product is not delicious Kentucky Fried Chicken - it’s information, i.e. the brand standards they communicate, measure, and enforce with 1000’s of independent franchisee operators. These standards are the real secret recipe. Shoemate Interactive supports KFC with the digital strategy, governance support, and software integration needed to keep that information (and by extension all the biscuits, gravy, and Extra Crispy Chicken) hot and fresh.

TeamSaucy
When KFC wanted to launch a bold new restaurant concept, everything had to be built quickly to support it. Shoemate Interactive was engaged to build a Saucy version of TeamKFC - the platform used by franchisees for brand standards, communication, and training. Leveraging Vercel, we were able to launch a complete portal solution in just 8 days allowing authors to start posting content.

TacoBell One Source
With over 8,500 restaurants in 32 countries, Taco Bell brings its unique take on Tex-Mex to the world. Shoemate Interactive designed, built and continues to help maintain the system that every employee in every store uses for onboarding, training, and troubleshooting store operations. With deep integration with the learning management systems (Learning Pool), authors can easily put training into context of brand standards and related resources.

BlockEditor
The Shoemate Interactive Block Editor is a Vercel cloud hosted enterprise content management front-end that enables an improved authoring experience and integration with video sources, learning management systems, user management and more . Originally built as an alternative authoring interface for HCL Websphere WCM, the Shoemate Interactive Block Editor can be used with any headless CMS or Database to allow authors to build beautiful, integrated content.
