Commitment to Privacy
As part of our commitment to customer privacy, we have prepared and pre-signed the following Data Processing Agreement ("DPA"). The DPA ensures that Customer and Vercel (acting as a processor and/or service provider) may meet their respective data protection obligations under applicable data protection laws. The DPA applies where the personal information that we process on behalf of our Customers is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), and/or the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA").
