Tapestry Headless Build and Optimization
Solara6 engaged with multinational luxury fashion company Tapestry to modernize their customer ecommerce experience and increase conversion rate and revenue.
Solara6 built a new version of the Kate Spade website, and subsequently Coach and Coach Outlet, on a modern headless architecture hosted on Vercel’s Platform. The launch resulted in a 4x reduction in LCP and resulted in a 12% increase in conversion rate.
After seeing repeated success, Solara6 and Tapestry partnered to upgrade the entire portfolio of over a dozen sites across brands and geographies to accomplish a new best of breed, modern front end, headless, CDN enabled architecture.

Mattress Firm, the nation’s largest omni-channel mattress specialty retailer, aimed at boosting the company’s overall site performance. With the help of Solara6, Mattress Firm experienced an impressive 56 percent improvement in site performance according to Google Core Web Vitals.

Universal Standard is an online fashion retailer offering the most size-inclusive clothing assortment in the world. Driven by innovation and setting new standards, Universal Standard sought a modern Jamstack website to enhance their digital experience.
Solara6 was chosen to decouple the frontend from the backend for a headless architecture. By doing this, Universal Standard leverages best-in-class tools in the Jamstack ecosystem while using Shopify for its headless eCommerce CMS and checkout system.

Mars engaged Solara6 to produce a fully re-written, highly performant ecommerce site for their MMS.com property. The existing mms.com site had a slow degraded experience and the rewrite would be a 9+ month effort. Solara6 and Mars engaged in a short-term “Gain of Speed” project on top of the existing site to provide a highly performant experience using caching and pre-fetching, resulting in a 65% improvements in LCP. The subsequent composable site built on Next.js was launched on time and with equally performant results, including sub-second product detail page load times.
