We had this problem at Mygom, so we built an AI invoice platform and now deploy it for others. Our client built AI to detect and count hail dents from smartphone video and needed to prove it in real-world conditions. We created a lightweight web app that turns any phone into an AI damage assessment tool: guided video capture, automatic upload, and a backend pipeline that reformats video, runs dent detection, analyzes damage, and generates a PDF report. In tests on 500+ vehicles, over 80% of reports were ready in under 10 minutes - around 5x faster than traditional inspections.
