To enhance brand positioning and digital presence, Darling Ingredients sought to clarify its value proposition for investors, future employees, and the broader market. The challenge involved migrating the corporate experience and a portfolio of 19 brands onto a unified platform, engaging diverse global audiences while overcoming issues like inconsistent brand expression and lean teams. Partnering with Huge, Darling Ingredients leveraged Sitecore XM Cloud and a modern front end with Vercel, to embody their “nothing wasted” philosophy in a composable site design. This modern CMS improved time-to-value, reduced operational expenses, and increased velocity by consolidating digital properties and streamlining internal processes. A flexible design system was created, deployable across all brands, alongside an AI prompt format for generating photorealistic imagery to vividly convey the brand story.

With consumer expectations rapidly changing, Hublot has had to evolve at pace to uncover new channels, business models and brand experiences to maintain their iconic status.

To keep pace with the most discerning consumer expectations, we developed a holistic brand experience, powered by the brand’s unique DNA. Through an atomic design system adopted across platforms and retail tools, we brought consistency across environments.

In March 2020, the industry’s shift from B2B trade fairs to direct consumer relationships rapidly accelerated, as physical retail closed overnight. Huge partnered with Hublot to accelerate a 3-5 year plan into four weeks, introducing e-commerce through hublot.com, operationalizing the first digital-only D2C channel and laying the foundations for Hublot’s ambitious omnichannel future.
