Major digital transformation for a leading Polish media group. We completely overhauled their tech stack, migrating to a headless CMS and static Next.js pages. Apart from vastly improving user experience and SEO performance, we drastically reduced time-to-market for their new content Iberion’s old tech stack was a bottleneck to company growth and was falling behind the rest of the market, resulting in SEO penalties because of not meeting Google Web Vitals criteria. Apart from that, maintaining and scaling became costly and time-consuming.  As Iberion’s business model relies mostly on organic traffic, the timing and proper implementation were crucial. Before beginning development, we ran workshops with different parts of the organization to understand their daily work. This allowed us to make sure we not only create a great tech solution, but also provide great business value. That's why we started with creating a solid code base for all the client news sites. Afterwards, we planned, developed, and deployed the serverless architecture with Vercel. As a final step, we built a custom Contentful (headless CMS) integration to provide the best editorial experience.  As a result, over 20 news sites, averaging a total of over 150M monthly visits, were fully migrated to the new infrastructure within three months. Google Web Vitals increased significantly, going from the ‘poor’ score to ‘great’.

We’ve been the exclusive development partner working on Dropsy mobile & web apps, which attract over 250k users / month. Dropsy is a successful start-up, which tapped into the niche in the market of collector’s edition shoes and clothing. They approached us with a complete concept - a product idea, market research, and monetization model. To keep the business risk in check, we prioritized the features and narrowed down the mobile app MVP’s functionalities. To further streamline the development, we used React Native to deploy the app effectively on both iOS and Android. Long-term partnership during which we have audited and performed optimalizations on their marketing web app & landing pages, as well as provided team augmentation services for their mobile wallet app development team. We've had a successful partnership with Divi for a couple of years. During this time, we helped them develop, optimize, and manage marketing websites and mobile application. We have been with them since the very beginning and built a complete product incl. integration, backend & frontend architecture and development, and testing. Unreal Estate came to us with an idea for innovative real estate marketplace platform, and they wanted the user experience and service architecture to be ahead of the competition.
