The main objective of the project was to improve the customer experience, by enhancing and optimising the performance of the e-commerce channel and making the most of the synergies with the other sales channels, in an omnichannel perspective, with the dedicated involvement of both the Olio Carli brand in the food sector and the Mediterranea brand in the cosmetics sector. To achieve this objective, the user experience of the two e-commerce websites was redesigned, with a view to conversion rate optimisation and brand enhancement. This was joined by the optimisation of the implementation of the Salesforce e-commerce platform on which the websites are based. Specifically, the project brought on board the best practices and the newest functions offered by Commerce Cloud, as well as optimising the architecture and the processes of integration with the company’s digital ecosystem, boosting the performance of the e-shop and making it consistent with the company’s commercial and marketing strategies.

“Dedicated to You” is a direct-to-customer hyperpersonalisation project and an innovative, always-on e-commerce platform through which users have the opportunity to create and purchase packs of their favourite Mulino Bianco and Pan di Stelle products and personalize them with a name, dedication, and photo, with dozens of graphic options to choose from. The consumer is thus able to devise their own product, establishing a new connection with the two love brands in the bakery sector. The purpose of the project is clearly focused on the User Experience. Personalization is the distinctive and enabling element of the entire browsing experience, thanks to a real-time 3D configurator that allows the user to “touch” their purchase, checking even the smallest details and thus guaranteeing the smart design of all the elements that can be personalised. “Dedicated to You” is a complex, ambitious challenge that confirms Alpenite as one of the main enablers of the digital transformation on the Italian e-commerce scene, also thanks to its capabilities that cut across the development of process design, user experience and product fulfillment, all supported by the potential of the Adobe platform with Adobe Commerce Pro.

The need expressed by this lifestyle brand was to reach online and retail end customers all over the world, making the best possible use of e-commerce and digital channels. The possibility to create a new image and to work with Paul&Shark to renew their digital communication offered an excellent opportunity to create an effective storytelling approach and a sales strategy that could be applied across all channels, with an e-commerce able to effectively reflect the brand’s vision and values. We worked together with Paul&Shark on three pillars of the digital strategy: producing experiential content able to boost brand visibility, stimulating customer advocacy and maximising sales performance. To achieve these objectives, we used Adobe Commerce Cloud and implemented a platform able to manage the brand’s digital experience in end-to-end mode, guaranteeing maximum levels of personalisation and optimisation of the engagement experience, purchasing and synergy with the other channels. The project was created with a very challenging timescale, thanks to the planning in three implementation stages and a region-based focus, covering Europe, the USA, Canada, Russia, and the rest of the world, achieving the aim of serving 180 countries, with high levels of localization, within a year of launch.

Outdoor products is one of the fastest growing sectors in e-commerce, and digitalization is profoundly changing the relationship between customers and brands, customer experience and corporate communication. La Sportiva is undoubtedly one of the players that best embodies this innovation and the change in relations between companies and their target. The project’s mission: to shorten the distance between the company and its customers, and to develop the online direct sales channel, guaranteeing a brand experience that is as effective and memorable as possible. To this end, the digital experience has been redesigned, boosting the value of the offer and simplifying the choice of the products best suited to the customer and their particular sports activity; a platform has been identified that is consistent with the context and able to support growth in the long term, and the architecture to integrate it with the company’s systems has been redesigned, in response to the rapid pace of technological change imposed by the market. The choice of Adobe Commerce Cloud has made it possible to boost the flexibility of La Sportiva’s sales processes, to improve the performance of digital marketing actions by improving purchasing and brand discovery pathways, and to streamline the way the team runs the channel.
