About the role

As a Site Engineer on our design engineering team, you’ll build fast, polished web experiences that drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention. You’ll work with marketing, sales, and product design to ship dynamic pages, run A/B tests, and optimize conversion funnels. • Run A/B tests on landing pages with marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion across channels

  • Build scalable applications, web services, and APIs, and fix bottlenecks in speed, reliability, and conversion across the funnel

  • Contribute to the design system and uphold standards for interactions, micro-animations, and layout consistency

  • Review other engineers’ code, write technical docs, and maintain internal tools for other teams

What you need

  • 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience (React, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, or similar)

  • Shipped production applications with Next.js

  • Designed or consumed APIs and worked with backend services as a fullstack engineer

  • Applied SEO best practices in production, including performance, accessibility, and search optimization

  • Run A/B tests and worked on conversion rate optimization

  • Shipped work with marketing, design, and product teams toward shared goals

Bonus if you

  • Have deployed projects on the Vercel platform

  • Have worked on a design system or in web design

  • Have built or contributed to developer tooling
