The Business Operations team helps the business connect cross-functionally to refine strategy, design, present, and drive critical company metrics, and complete special projects! We solve critical business strategy, optimization, and operations problems across the organization.
As our Head of Business Operations, you will blend strategy with execution, owning and implementing key initiatives to drive Vercel’s growth. You will lead mission-critical projects end-to-end, from working on strategic planning and analysis, to owning recommendations to Vercel’s leadership, and working cross-functionally with teams on implementation.
Partner with executive leadership to shape business strategy and translate company-wide goals into actionable plans, communicating those objectives throughout the company to drive alignment and build context
Spearhead an internal reporting cadence that will enable continuous improvement, surface issues, form data-driven hypotheses, and catalyze in-depth analysis to power Vercel’s market leadership
Drive high-impact business critical initiatives such as pricing strategy, strategic planning, and new market entry from strategy to execution
Forge deep relationships across product, engineering, marketing, people, sales, and customer experience
You have 10+ years of experience in an analytical role in strategy consulting, investing, or a comparable role in high-growth tech companies
You have a proven track record of working well across teams and with external partners to solve complex problems
You are passionate about technology and an understanding of markets, trends, and dynamics
You have experience taking holistic ownership of processes and results
You have experience at a high-growth SaaS company
You have a computer science background or affinities
