About the Role:

Vercel is looking for a Director of Revenue Marketing to lead our Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Partner Marketing and Product Advocate Team and own the enterprise demand funnel. Your role is to work strategically to increase conversions and generate global pipeline by building integrated marketing campaigns.

We’re looking for a highly strategic leader that has a strong track record of building high-performing teams and hitting aggressive targets in a rapid and high-growth startup environment. You can easily pivot between high-level strategic thinking and vision setting while also being the executor with an eye on the details and getting your hands into data.

You’ll work closely with Leadership and cross-functional teams such as Sales, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, Product Marketing and distribution channels (paid acquisition, email, events, co-marketing) to align on quarterly goals, go-to-market strategy, positioning, target accounts and opportunities.

What You Will Do:

  • Build a world-class Demand Center. Manage a Demand Center-like team that develops strategies and programs to target enterprise accounts and middle-of-the-funnel conversion.

  • Ship quality developer-focused integrated campaigns. Work with Product Marketing, Brand Marketing and Digital to strategize and ship integrated campaigns through a results-driven experimental approach, both in existing channels and by experimenting with new channels/techniques.

  • Build lifecycle programs that convert. Push our communications to the next level using data-driven decision making and creativity. You'll identify the most effective channel, marketing message, value proposition, materials, and call to action for specific personas and target segments.

  • Partner with RevOps to build for scale. Partner with RevOps teams on developing and tracking key metrics including marketing performance measurement, budgeting, strategic planning, process definition, and marketing systems/data.

  • Owning the demand funnel. You will live and breathe our enterprise demand funnel—diagnosing pipeline generation issues and proactively solving them.

  • Alignment with Sales Ensure highly productive relationship with Sales, forging exemplary communication and aligning on campaign and target account strategy—we are the same team.

About You:

  • You have 10 years of Revenue Marketing experience

  • You have Lead and Develop a team for 3+ years

  • You have a SaaS background, with B2B experience

  • Your are detailed oriented, with strong communication abilities

  • You prefer working in a DevOps centric company
