As the global leader in ticketing products, Ticketmaster required a modernization of its web application. The goal was to create a modern, performant, mobile-friendly web app to enhance the discovery of events, artists, and venues. Xebia leveraged the Vercel and the Next.js framework to create a lightweight app using server-side rendering.

Capturing and securing bookings is a key success metric for Princess Cruises (PCL). After a performance review of PCL’s web application, Xebia recommended modernizing its mobile application by leveraging Next.js, improving its usability, and integrating it with additional payment methods. The results were an increase in overall application performance, customer satisfaction, and—more importantly—bookings.
