VicTraffic's real-time mapping and notifications platform
Delivered a Progressive Web App providing real-time road disruption information to millions of road users. The platform displays 8,000+ disruption notifications daily, scaling significantly during emergencies like bushfires.
We built a high-performance frontend using canvas-based rendering to handle intensive map interactions, deployed on Vercel with Next.js. The backend integrates multiple data sources via AWS serverless architecture (Lambda, EventBridge, S3) ensuring the platform remains functional during connectivity outages.

Transport Victoria’s new DXP ecosystem
Winner of Sitecore’s ‘Innovative Use of Sitecore Award’ 2025.
Created a scalable Digital Experience Platform for Transport Victoria using Next.js on Vercel, designed to share components across the Department's digital ecosystem. The headless architecture uses SitecoreAI as the CMS, with Mapbox for interactive mapping and a Storybook-based design system enabling rapid content creation and cross-site reuse – including the VicTraffic real-time traffic progressive web application platform.
