Nando’s needed a fast, secure, and scalable digital platform to better serve tech-savvy customers and support future growth. Inlight led the replatform through implementing a composable architecture, integrating technologies like React, React Native, GraphQL, and CraftCMS for seamless web and app experiences. Vicinity Centres
Chadstone Shopping Centre faced the challenge of meeting post-pandemic consumer expectations for a seamless digital and physical shopping experience, as their existing app lacked functionality and effective navigation. Inlight addressed this by redesigning the Chadstone app with a user-centric approach, leveraging React Native and integrating advanced features like indoor wayfinding, real-time traffic, parking assistance, and tailored rewards. The result was a 58.9% year-to-date increase in app downloads, improved user satisfaction and engagement, and recognition with the 2024 Australian Web Award for mobile app development.
The platform was built using React Native. Integrations include Airship, Waivpay, Storyblok and Algolia, Bluedot and MappedIn.
