Start by connecting to your existing project and then run vercel link in the CLI to link to the project locally.
Your connected projects are listed as applications, you can select an application and start creating tests. If you need to bypass Vercel login read this documentation https://docs.autonoma.app/vercel
You will see a new check for each deployment, this check will run all your tests linked to the project
