### How does Token Pass work?

Token Pass costs $30 per team per month in addition to Vercel Pro. It renews monthly unless canceled. You can subscribe directly from your [dashboard](https://vercel.com/d?to=%2F%5Bteam%5D%2F%7E%2Fai-gateway%2Ftoken-pass%3Fsource%3Dmarketing_page). Hobby teams need to upgrade to Pro first.

### Who is Token Pass for?

Token Pass is for Vercel Pro teams who want access to curated models with Zero Data Retention for use in coding agents. It costs an additional $30 per team per month. Each eligible team can have one active enrollment.

### How do the credits work?

Token Pass includes $80/month in featured-model credits for eligible GLM 5.3, Kimi K3, and DeepSeek V4.1 Flash requests. Credits are prorated to your Pro billing cycle and expire monthly. If you cancel, you retain access to your remaining Token Pass balance for the current billing period.

### How is featured-model data handled?

Featured-model requests run on a US and EU provider holding verified Zero Data Retention agreements with Vercel. Prompts and responses are deleted after each request completes.

### How is this different from AI Gateway?

Token Pass is a subscription from Vercel designed to be used in the coding agent of your choice.

### Are these the only models available?

We are working on adding additional models. As new models are added, active subscriptions will automatically gain access.

### Who is the featured-model provider?

GLM 5.3, Kimi K3, and DeepSeek V4.1 Flash are provided by [Wafer](https://www.wafer.ai/). Additional models and providers will be added over time.

### What if a featured model is unavailable?

Token Pass requests fail rather than falling back to another provider. If you need other models or have used all of your Token Pass credits, use a standard AI Gateway API key with on-demand billing.
