Ridge was looking to increase their average order value. With a strategy in mind, they needed a tech partner to build the solution.  They wanted to get to testing fast, without disrupting the shopping experience for their millions of monthly visitors. We designed and developed the solution (a custom product builder) in just 1.5 weeks. A stark comparison to the 3 month timeline they had been quoted by a seasoned development agency. We were able to design and deploy fast with extra functionality, without sacrificing quality. Allowing Ridge to test, iterate, and get to a higher AOV much faster.

Growth means more orders and more SKUs, and this requires a robust backend system that can keep up. Spreadsheets are already confusing enough. And once you start adding more products and orders, it becomes impossible to address efficiently.  We strategized, designed, and developed an end to end ERP system. The first iteration of the product involved us building a dashboard for Cozey to create and manage PO’s, monitor inventory levels on hand, and in transit. And have that automatically calculate inventory levels 1-2 weeks from today, dynamically according to PO ETA. Following its breakout success, the brand quickly added new products to its collection. With growing revenue and product lines, Cozey wanted to revamp their entire website to deliver a better customer experience that would ultimately increase conversions.  We completely redesigned and built a headless website with a pixel perfect buildout.  The new website oversaw a 5X increase in revenue in under 12 months.  Cozey now has a website that is tailored exactly for their business, and provides their customers with a memorable shopping experience, without sacrificing speed or robustness.

SAFE started out as a retail store operating on a consignment (marketplace) model.  They wanted a superior experience for their in store customers, and a new stream of online shoppers. We launched a website, and an app that supports their marketplace model. An atypical requirement compared to typical e-commerce: ‍Customers needed to be able to buy every sneaker ever released (over 10k SKU’s). And when SAFE or a trusted vendor didn’t have the product, a market price for the product had to be set, so SAFE could source the product after the customer placed the order.
