Get project flag settings.

## Parameters

| Parameter         | Type   | Required | Description            |
| ----------------- | ------ | -------- | ---------------------- |
| `projectIdOrName` | string | Yes      | The project id or name |
| `teamId`          | string | No       | Team ID.               |
| `slug`            | string | No       | Team slug.             |
