About the Role:
Vercel is hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to drive our awareness and customer acquisition efforts through paid channels. This is a critical part of Vercel’s exciting growth strategy and we are looking for a creative and autonomous marketer to define the approach and a repeatable process that lays the foundation for scale.
In this role, you will work at the strategic level to champion best digital practices and new, innovative ideas, and at the tactical level to test and execute digital campaigns and iterate based on performance metrics. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, user-focused marketer, with significant experience executing across key channels, including search, paid social, referral and display.
What You Will Do:
Plan and execute digital campaigns for Vercel.Through research and triangulation of inputs and your own assumptions, you will form a plan and budget to achieve the right set of outcomes through an integrated, digital campaign. You will work closely with our agency partner(s) plan and execute media.
Build awareness.Define the content and interactions needed to generate interest and build reputation with our target audience. This will include how we show up on our website and other digital properties and external communities.
Build engagement that converts.You’ll determine the appropriate strategies to harvest awareness and ultimately drive people to sign up for Vercel or begin trying the product.
Activate trial users to paid users.You’ll nurture trial users to a point of activation, supported by a user experience to drive growth of lifetime value.
Test, optimize, repeat.You’ll monitor performance closely and at all levels, and you will look at ways to test and optimize to achieve the best results. You’ll be the data-driven voice of the strategy, performance, and recommendations for how we achieve a digital presence and desired outcomes.
Partner with Demand Gen.For enterprise demand gen efforts, you'll partner with leads to execute digital campaigns to drive lead acquisition.
