Sales Development Representative

Full Time

Vercel is looking for a Sales Development Representative ("SDR") to join our Sales team. SDRs are key to our product adoption and company growth. In this role, you will work mostly potential customers and our senior Sales staff, but will also collaborate heavily Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success.

This is a new team, so we'll need your help testing the different ways we will impact the business. The SDR team reaches out to potential customers to introduce them to the value Vercel could bring their business. This team initiates massive transformations for our customers, leading to promotions and profits for customers who adopt Vercel.

What you’ll do:

  • Kick off sales cycles by identifying and qualifying future customers

  • Accelerate product adoption by offering support and education

  • Help users, prospects & community members succeed by being engaging and responsive

  • Advocate for Vercel as a platform for prospects

What you’ll need:

  • Charismatic and professional writing ability

  • Sales or customer service experience

  • Stories showing dedication and discipline

  • An interest in the software industry

Bonus points if you have experience with:

  • Vercel and/or Next.js! We want to make sure you love the product you’ll be advocating for

  • Salesforce, Outreach, Hubspot, or similar
