Vercel is looking for an Instructional Designer to join our growing Go to Market Enablement team! This person will focus on the design, development, and overall learner experience of GTM employee onboarding and ongoing training. You will create training courses and knowledge management assets using e-Learning and rich media authoring tools.
You will join the GTM Enablement team at Vercel as an early team member and will be responsible for designing enablement experiences for a global, hyper-growth sales organization. We welcome candidates from the Americas and EMEA.
Use learning principles and cutting-edge best practices to drive program effectiveness and adoption.
Ideate effective learning experiences specifically designed for Vercel.
Play a significant role in designing and developing compelling content and templates across a broad range of users, teams, and geographies through formats such as virtual instructor-led training, on-demand modules, video and still job aids, infographics, learning paths, assessments, and more.
Identify and fill gaps in our content and learning materials.
Partner with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and develop learning assets and experiences that provide the messaging and tools necessary to create value-based conversations from every GTM role and at every stage of the sales process.
Partner with sales enablement leadership to manage and maintain the user experience of our L/CMS and Knowledge Management platforms.
Partner with sales teams and leaders so that enablement messaging is simple, value-based, and aligned to specific customer scenarios.
Work across the business to identify what's working in terms of content creation and innovative delivery types.
Use innovative technologies to gather inputs from sales teams so that we can ensure their voice is heard and learning experiences are designed for impact.
3+ years of experience in instructional design, rich media development, or a related field.
A portfolio demonstrating your ability to communicate complex ideas in an effective visual medium to drive learning.
Superior design thinking and visualization skills with meticulous attention to detail and quality of learner experience.
Demonstrable understanding of high growth environments and asynchronous collaboration.
Ability to build rapport with sales leaders and other collaborators throughout the business
Ability to travel, if needed.
You are naturally curious, love learning new things, and are dedicated to sharing knowledge, and collaborate with others.
You possess a strong sense of urgency in driving projects to completion.
You know when something is over your head and aren’t afraid to ask for help.
