To continue our commitment to providing an exceptional enterprise experience in the Japanese market, Vercel is looking to hire a Customer Success Manager / Solutions Architect with fluency in both English and Japanese.
The CSM / SA role is a hybrid position, requiring someone with experience both in account management and engineering that can perform both roles as required. Based ideally in the JST timezone, you will be heavily involved in all aspects of the customer lifecycle. This involvement mainly centers around helping pre-sales customers understand their migration path to Vercel before taking them through the onboarding process and proactively managing the account thereafter.
A strong engineering background focused primarily on modern frontend development is essential as is the ability to understand customer concerns and provide solutions to resolve them. Any experience with Next.js is a significant advantage along with knowledge of DNS, caching, and routing. Experience managing and growing enterprise accounts is required and any exposure to using Salesforce or CS software is beneficial.
