Automation Manager, Revenue Operations

Vercel is looking to hire an operations automation expert to join the Revenue Operations team. In this role, you'll work with members of the marketing, sales, and customer success teams to automate processes that will help their teams be more efficient and effective.

As an example of some of the automation you'll do, past automations we've worked on include data transfer between our product and CRM, routing sales leads to the proper account executives, and tracking event data in our custom conference platform.

What you'll do:

  • Build, improve, and maintain automated workflows

  • Identify and document processes that can be automated

  • Set the quality bar for structure and process across our automation processes (documentation, best practices, naming conventions, etc.)

You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Have experience in building process automation workflows with no-code tools (e.g. Zapier and

  • Have experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, & Marketing Cloud)

  • Can take ambiguous requirements and turn them into a functioning solution

  • Can communicate well in written documentation with other teams

  • Enjoy working remotely

Bonus points if you have experience with:

  • Salesforce Process Builder or Workflow Rules

  • Outreach, Segment, Sendgrid, or Marketo

  • Javascript, html/css, APIs, or databases (e.g. S3, CosmosDB, Snowflake)
